Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Australian Islamic Centre College (AICC) mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip maqasid al syariah ke dalam tata kelola keselamatannya. Kajian ini menelaah lima dokumen kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan peserta didik, yaitu First Aid, Distributing Medicine, Anaphylaxis Management, Occupational Health and Safety, dan Child Safe Program. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis dokumen yang sistematis, penelitian ini mengevaluasi bagaimana kebijakan tersebut mencerminkan tujuan maqasid, yaitu perlindungan jiwa, akal, agama, keturunan, dan harta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa First Aid berfungsi sebagai mekanisme utama hifz al nafs melalui prosedur darurat dan pelatihan staf. Distributing Medicine mendukung hifz al nafs dan hifz al aql melalui pengaturan pemberian obat yang aman. Anaphylaxis Management memperkuat hifz al nafs melalui identifikasi risiko dan kesiapsiagaan. Occupational Health and Safety mendukung hifz al mal dan hifz al nafs melalui pemeliharaan fasilitas. Child Safe Program mencerminkan hifz al nasl dan hifz al din dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan etis. Penelitian ini menawarkan model penyelarasan nilai Islam dengan regulasi nasional.
