Today’s education faces challenges of social complexity and cultural diversity that require new approaches. This study aims to explore how the principles of Islamic philosophy can be integrated into educational practices to create a supportive learning environment for character development and social justice. The research method employed is literature review, analyzing classical and modern texts on Islamic educational philosophy. The findings indicate that applying values such as tolerance, cooperation, and justice in the learning process can enhance relationships between educators and students while fostering a respectful learning atmosphere. A profound concern about the professionalism of educators at MTs Negeri 2 Wonogiri prompted a comprehensive evaluative research. The complexity of educational challenges demands that teachers not merely meet minimal standards, but are capable of optimally transforming students' potential. Through field research using a qualitative approach, it was found that Fiqh teachers' competence is in the good category. Factors such as work ethic, educational qualifications, teaching experience, and environmental support play a significant role in shaping teacher professionalism. Each aspect is interconnected, forming a sustainable development ecosystem where teachers are not just teaching, but also dedicating themselves to guiding students to achieve their highest potential. The main objective of this study is to identify how the teachings of hadith are applied in daily social interactions, including on social media. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire distributed online, while data analysis used a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary sources consisted of relevant hadiths that were used as references by respondents in developing morality. The results indicate that the majority of respondents recognise the significance of honesty and politeness, with 72.8% incorporating these principles into their social interactions.The study's novel contribution lies in its exploration of generation Z's distinctive integration of religious teachings with intricate social realities.The study's limitations include its restricted scope and reliance on quantitative data, necessitating further research to develop a more in-depth qualitative approach. Subjek penelitian merupakan mahasiswa PAI FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya tahun angkatan 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya dalam membangun efika diri melalui intimate friendship dapat dilakukan dengan cara: seorang mahasiswa harus memiliki rasa kepekaan terhadap situasi emosional orang lain sehingga dalam suatu kelompok dapat saling berbagi dan menyemangati sehingga dapat membangun efikasi diri seseorang untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, seorang mahasiswa harus menunjukkan sikap terbuka dan mampu mengambil pengalaman dari seseorang yang telah berhasil sebelumnya dari kelekatan pertemanan sehingga akan muncul persepsi bahwa ia juga dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang ada, seorang mahasiswa dapat menunjukkan sikap kesetiaan dan pengorbanan dalam pertemanan, sehingga ketika ada salah seorang teman kesulitan belajar dapat saling membentuk kerjasama untuk menyelesaikan masalah perkuliahan, seorang mahasiswa dapat menunjukkan sikap jujur agar pertemanan terhindar dari toxic friendship sehingga hubungan pertemanan didasari emosional yang positif akan membangun efikasi diri semakin meningkat..</p>2025-06-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Man-anaahttps://e-journal.staimaswonogiri.ac.id/index.php/man-anaa/article/view/356Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Pendekatan Militer:2025-05-24T05:10:01+00:00M Mahbubimahbubi@unuja.ac.id<p>This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the West Java Governor's policy of sending problematic students to military camps as an effort to improve discipline and character development. This policy has sparked both support and criticism due to its reliance on a harsh, physically demanding approach, while character education in Islam emphasizes compassion and wisdom. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a policy analysis approach. Data was collected through interviews with education experts, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, and policy observers, as well as a review of relevant documents. The findings reveal that while this policy may create short-term physical discipline, it is less effective in fostering long-term character development, especially in terms of psychological and moral aspects. Furthermore, the policy does not fully align with the principles of character education in Islam, which prioritizes nurturing through role modeling, compassion, and understanding.
