Publication Ethics

Jurnal Ad-adustur focuses on the results of field studies and legal and legislative literature studies, especially integrative studies of positive law and Islamic law relating to issues of constitutional law, criminal state administration, and legal politics. The ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal has been clarified. Good for the author, editor-in-chief, and the Editorial Board as well as peer-reviewers and the Departement Islamic Constitutional law, STAIMAS Wonogiri Indonesia.  This statement is based on the Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

 

Journal Publication Ethics Guidelines

The publication of the El-Dusturie Journal was essential in developing a cohesive and accepted network of knowledge. We are therefore dedicated to ensuring that financial ties, personal relationships, political or religious beliefs or institutional affiliations do not influence editorial choices.

Publication decisions

The editor of El-Dusturie Journal determines which papers should be published. Such assessments should always be driven by the validity of the work in relation to the problem and its value to academics and readers. The editors are bound by the legal requirements in force at the time, both relating to defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors may consult with other editors or reviewers in reaching this assessment.

Fair Play

Manuscripts are reviewed only from the aspects of substance, conformity with author guidelines, and the scope of the journal. Manuscript assessment is free from discriminatory practices, especially regarding skin color, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic background, nationality, or political ideology of the author.

Confidentiality

The Editor-in-Chief and editorial staff affiliated with this journal may not disclose any information about articles submitted to Ad-Dustur Journal to anyone. Information about articles is permitted only for publication purposes and is limited to the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisors, and the publisher.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Unpublished information disclosed in the submitted manuscript will not be used by the editor and editorial board members for their research purposes without written permission from the author. Specific information or ideas obtained by editors, reviewers, and all parties who obtain information due to handling of manuscripts will be kept confidential and not used for personal gain.
